Waxing With Hemorroids

grains are even more of a relic from Grandma's kitchen, and most probably now too old-fashioned that they do not like to eat. It can conjure with groats quite delicious contemporary dishes. Yesterday I tried on a pearl barley risotto and I must say I found it better than the original, because it is not quite as schlotzig. This usually muddy I like about Risotto not.

for the pearl barley risotto, you need:

a package medium or coarse pearl barley
a small onion 1-2 garlic cloves
about 1 / 2 liters vegetable stock
something tomato paste and sour cream

onions and garlic finely and fry in a pan glazed with olive oil. Add the pearl barley with two tablespoons of tomato paste, and anbruzeln briefly over low heat gradually to give the vegetable stock. The stirring should be like a normal risotto also not forgotten. Once the grains are soft, remove the pan from the oven and subjected to two tablespoons of sour cream, so the rice gets a slightly creamy consistency.

given we've had a tomato salad with yogurt sauce.
