Music Challenge: Melancholy

Good day world
is here at last my first post for Eriinnyes Music Challenge . Quite at the last minute, but better late than never, nech?
I would honestly not expect that it would be so difficult to pick out the song for a determined mood. But my first is now clear, so we put time going fast.

Placebo - Pierrot The Clown

My song is chosen by placebo. A friend had often told about this band, and eventually I became more curious. On the Internet I started to listen to some songs and I found more and more pleased with the music. Since the summer of 2009 have become final placebo Has expired. On vacation I simply came to the ears than "Meds" - then the only album that I knew. The same year brought
placebo their sixth album "Battle For The Sun" out of it and I was very excited. It was followed by a tour and I found myself on 22 November, 2009 on one of the best concerts of my life. At least since this experience really is not a day that I do not hear at least once a placebo.

placebo does for me but not only the incredibly good music. The members Brian Molko, Stefan Olsdal and Steve Forrest (his name is Steve, my German Wikipedia and not Steve!) Are, at least from what I had performances, interviews, saying studio and tour diaries, can be really humorous, intelligent, determined and very friendly people.

And even if there are many very different views, I am among those who think that the new drummer Steve Forrest really fits better in the band, as the old, Steve Hewitt. Since a divorce so the spirits.

But Placebo is definitely my Lieblinsband.

The album, on which the song is, "Meds". It was the first of which I Placebo knew and it is still one of my favorites. Each situated thereon songs is great. But with this album I could deny the entire challenge, but I think it would turn out to be a pretty boring action.

To Play I would recommend the following songs: Meds , Song To Say Goodbye , Follow The Cops Back Home , Post Blue and Infra-Red.

Well finally something to the actual song. For the emotional situation "sad" I'm looking for the song "Pierrot The Clown decided. "I think it's an incredibly depressing and oppressive song and I hear it really as good as any time I am sad. Not at all times, to cheer me up but so n to cry and to think and just anything to let out. For me to wallow in self pity and to process what happened.

The text is quite depressing, and it is clear from the outside. Therefore, one can relate it to many situations and quite interpret for themselves.
more can I just say not at all. "Pierrot the Clown" is beautiful, of course even if you do not be sad. I associate him with feelings and memories, and so he meant to me very much.
